With the required performance improvement requirements of inverters and motors in electric vehicles (EVs), the problems of electric corrosion and radiated noise have come to the forefront. TRIS USA has developed and adopted high-performance earthing brushes for radiation noise suppression since the first generation all electric Nissan LEAF, and is developing a high-performance earthing system that can be used in a variety of environments and applications, such as electrolytic corrosion in oil, and for small brushless motors.

Using TRIS USA’s proprietary special processing technology, we have developed TSM, a high-performance, multifunctional material that achieves high dimensional stability and low torque. As the first step, it is adopted as a replacement for bearings for water pumps, contributing to the improvement of pump performance.
